Is Halo Toilets free?
Yes! Halo Toilets is completely free to download and use. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
Why can't I find washrooms in my area?
Our database covers 50,000+ locations across Canada but some areas may have limited data. You can report missing locations by emailing us and we'll add them in a future update.
How does the location search work?
Halo Toilets uses your device's GPS to find nearby washrooms within a 10km radius. Pan the map to search any area across Canada.
How do I find accessible washrooms?
Tap the filter icon in the search bar and toggle "Accessible only" — the map and list will update to show only wheelchair accessible locations.
How do I report incorrect information?
Tap any location to open the detail sheet, then tap "Report a problem" at the bottom. Select the issue type and submit — our team reviews all reports.
What data does Halo Toilets collect?
We only collect your location to show nearby washrooms. We do not collect personal information or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
