By downloading, installing, or using the Halo Toilets mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Halo Toilets is a Canadian public washroom finder application that provides information about washroom locations across Canada. The App is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
Accuracy of Information
Halo Toilets aggregates washroom location data from multiple sources. While we strive to provide accurate information:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of location data
- Hours, accessibility information, and other details may be outdated or incorrect
- We strongly recommend verifying information before relying on it
- Locations may have closed, moved, or changed since our data was last updated
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious problem reports
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use automated tools to access or scrape App content
User-Submitted Content
When you submit a problem report, you grant Halo Toilets a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information to improve our database. You represent that any information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Location Services
The App requires access to your device's location to provide its core functionality. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. We handle location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Halo Toilets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that location data will be accurate or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo Toilets and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on inaccurate location data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
